In the 60ies Josef Fritzl got convicted for rape. Was it a habit?
Unlike the US where penalties can add up to some hundred years in jail the probable punishment of Josef Fritzl in Austria will be real low (maybe 10 or 15 years).
Why?
There isn't 'enough' law for- or against such a sort of crime.
And there aren't enough laws nowadays for or against many crimes on national and international levels.

Wilbau, I'm horrifed by reading such post. Maybe you got an idea about my personality however those people should be excuted.
Jail is not enough to compensate from the horror and terror they caused to the victims!
